StudyFlow is designed with your privacy in mind. Your academic data — classes, assignments, grades, schedules, and notes — is stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information.
StudyFlow does not collect, store, or share any of the following:
All data you enter into StudyFlow — including your name, school, courses, assignments, grades, study preferences, and notes — is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
If you choose to connect StudyFlow to Canvas LMS, your Canvas API token is stored only on your device and is used solely to fetch your course and assignment data directly from your institution's Canvas server. We do not store, log, or transmit your Canvas credentials to any third-party server.
StudyFlow includes an optional AI-powered syllabus import feature. If you choose to use this feature and provide consent, portions of your syllabus document may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This requires your explicit consent before use. You may revoke this consent at any time in the app's Settings.
You can delete all your data at any time by going to Me → Settings → Delete All My Data within the app. This permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
StudyFlow is intended for college students aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
